I have been a physical therapist for 7 years now and have been a part of the Flex With Doctor Jay team for 2 years.

I’ve always loved movement and helping people achieve their movement goals, so I started out as a personal trainer.

As much as I enjoyed watching the transformations I helped people achieve, I found there was a limit to my knowledge that prevented me from helping some of my clients with pain, injuries, or stiffness.

So I studied to become a physical therapist to expand on my expertise of the human body and the science of physical rehabilitation.


My favorite thing about working with clients in the Pain Free Academy is really getting to know people and their goals and seeing them make amazing progress toward those goals.

Each person is different, and their stories are unique to them, so no two people’s journeys with the Pain Free Academy ever look exactly the same. I love that!
